Jeremy Palme grew up in Lee County, where he played high school baseball under legendary coach Charlie Spivey at Lee County High School. After graduation, he continued his playing career at Rockingham Community College until a career-ending injury shifted his focus from playing to coaching.
Following his playing days, Palme proudly served in the United States Navy before returning to the game as a coach. He began his coaching career in 2017 and has since spent the past nine years coaching at the high school level, with stops at North Pitt High School, Apex High School, Lee County High School, and Grace Christian.
In 2021, Palme got his introduction in to working with college ball players in the Old North State League (ONSL) collegiate summer league. He enters his sixth season as the Head Coach of the Sanford Spinners, leading one of the league’s most competitive programs.
Beyond the field, Palme is the owner and founder of The Web, an indoor baseball training facility, where he continues to share his knowledge and passion for the game with athletes of all ages.
